Chilli is one of my family's favourite make-ahead meals. For this version, I've switched things up a little bit, and made green chilli, with turkey, beans, corn, green capsicum and two kinds of chillies.
This recipe serves 8-10, so it's a great recipe when you are making food to share with a friend, or to stock up your own freezer with meals for busy times.
