Strawberry lemon crêpe cake

Abstract

This showstopper cake has a layers of rich lemon and white chocolate curd and a cream-with-cream-cheese filling layered between crepes, topped with more whipped cream cheese, fresh strawberries and almonds. The cake can be made up to two days before serving. 

"Crepe cake is kinda like a sweet lasagna. It’s just layers of crepe and filling and crepe and filling and crepe and filling. It is so tasty and delicious," says Mary.
