Abstract

If you need a special holiday dessert that feeds a crowd, then look to a trifle. This elegant version plays on the flavours of a classic Black Forest torte and layers chocolate sponge cake with rich chocolate and cream cheese custards, along with cherries and cream (and even a little fudge sauce).
